Where do you deliver?
Across Bahrain. Standard delivery is BHD 2, or BHD 3 to Zallaq, Jaw and Askar. Oversized delivery is BHD 6, or BHD 8 to those three areas.
Can I order on Friday?
Yes. Online ordering works every day. Only the physical Qalali branch is closed on Fridays.
How soon can you deliver?
Allow at least two hours before your delivery window. Deliveries finish by 8 pm; orders after 8 pm are processed the following day.
Can I include a card?
Yes. Write your personal card message in the cart or at checkout.
What if I don’t know the recipient’s address?
Choose “Ask recipient for address” at checkout. Provide their name, phone number and delivery area so we can contact them and calculate delivery.
Can I request different colours or sizes?
Where customization is offered, contact our team to confirm the design and price before ordering.
